Founded in September 2022 by Vijay Rayapati, Kiran Darisi, and Parsuram Vijayasankar, Atomicwork focuses on agentic service management—a new approach that integrates enterprise knowledge graphs with agentic AI to automate IT workflows. This enables IT teams to shift from routine maintenance to strategic decision-making.

A Vision for AI-Driven IT Management

CEO Vijay Rayapati emphasized the company’s mission:

“We are pioneering agentic service management to transform how companies manage their IT workflows and enterprise services. This investment validates our vision of a future where smarter IT teams drive business growth.”

With the fresh capital, Atomicwork plans to expand its AI-driven service management platform, scale its go-to-market efforts, and enhance enterprise integrations for seamless adoption.

Growing Market Adoption

Atomicwork is already seeing traction with Zuora and Pepper Money as clients, using its AI-driven solutions to optimize IT operations. The company’s automation tools provide real-time insights and intelligent task management, improving efficiency across organizations.
